Nelson Way, Boston, Lincolnshire PE21

The Lincolnshire town of Boston has been blessed with Greyhound Racing at a number of venues within its vicinity. This chapter describes the one that took place at the Lord Nelson track during 1931 and 1932.

Little is known regarding on how it operated but it is known that its first meeting was staged on the 6th of June 1931. Its exact location where meetings took place is still a mystery, but it is suggested that Nelson Way, found just south of the town centre, now covers the site where The Lord Nelson Field was.
