The small Devon town of Collumpton lies roughly 13 miles northeast of Exeter with its bordered closed by the M5 on the east side. It is known greyhound racing has taken place during galas in recent time, along with other dog breeds competing also.
The venue lies very close to the football ground which is well in view of the M5 when passing.
