Hopwood, near Birmingham

One of the few temporary greyhound racing venues found in Warwickshire was the one known as the Hopwood track. It was during 1980 that a straight course operated 100 yards from canal adjacent to the A441 roughly one mile north of junction 2 of the M42.

No other details are available at this moment of time yet is known that this gathering was organised by the same people who organised similar meetings at another Hopwood venue and the ones at Studley and Alcester.

This Greyhound Owner advert is from July 1980.
