Mill Lane, Gretton, Corby, Northamptonshire, NN17

The village of Gretton lies three miles north of Corby in Northamptonshire and becomes another village to stage a temporary Greyhound track. It was a straight circuit situated just off Mill Lane west of the village and was run by the staff who ran the permanent track at Earls Barton that was situated 25 miles south.

It was during 1964 that events took place but other than that no further details are available, even its exact location remains a mystery. Due to Mill Lane not being found on present day maps, it is presumed that it is now called Mill Road, a continuation of Lyddington Road just west of Rockingham Road.
