The village of Hannington is located in the county of Northamptonshire, 8 miles north east of Northampton and six miles south west of Kettering. It is known that greyhound racing took place during the summer of 1967 on a 300 yard prepared straight in a meadow close to Marston House. Marston House is found adjacent to the A43, about half a mile east of Hannington village. The hounds were spot graded and chased a Ball type hare as the lure. Little else is known about this venue, even its actual location can not yet be pinpointed.
