It was during 1980,1981 and 1982, that the weekly Greyhound Owner newspaper advertised the sport at the New Park Farm Racecourse, a location found just off Lyndhurst Road in New Forest, Hampshire. New Park Farm is located just off the A337 halfway between Lyndhurst and Brockenhurst and remains as the host to The New Forest Show. Races were contested over a 300 yard straight course, with the hounds chasing a drag lure after they had been spot graded. Pony and Horse Racing were also staged at the events. Its exact location still remains a mystery but it is expected that the course returned back to normal duties within the grounds of Manor.
