Another Greyhound Racing venue found in Devon was at Plymstock Park in Plymouth. The suburb of Plymstock lies roughly three miles east of Plymouth city centre. The sport featured only briefly and became just a part of the attractions on offer during Gala’s, with Whippet racing and Boxing also taking place at these gatherings. It is known that the sport featured for the first time on the 26th of May 1931, yet it is not known whether these events reappeared. It has yet to be determined were Plymstock Park lies, and further research needs to be done to show exactly were greyhound racing once took place.
